The hotel was luxurious and reasonably clean, its location was ideal to the center of the structure, excellent service. Well-trained and service-minded staff that assisted during our very good stay. The breakfast was warm and fine with warm dishes and also veggies juices, and the restaurant's offer was amazing. We needed a place for shopping, everything was very good.

Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Mix. Well-appointed, top-notch room with very comfy beds and minimalist yet sleek design, as for instance!

I had the best time in Beijing! The Opposite House was the perfect place to stay. Located right beside SanLiTun, which was amazing for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a teak tub that was pure luxury. The staff provided service of unparalleled quality and warmth. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of facilities like a gym and spa. I felt like I was at home away from home.
The only downside was the limited options for vegetarian meals.

Very nice and original hotel. Sculptures in lobby give it character
Lobby and bar too dark at night : don't go overboard with the design look & feel... TV too complicated to operate, not idiotproof

Excellent Customer Service from Check-in onwards. The staff were fully involved and very attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Clean modern rooms provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The communication with the hotel was efficient and all my enquiries were promptly addressed. I had the opportunity to dine at both the Italian and Chinese restaurants and I highly recommend both. I had an excellent experience at The Opposite House and would recommend it to others.

I liked everything. The Opposite House has met and exceeded all my expectations. From the hall/lobby, bar, restaurants and spa design, to one of the best rooms I have ever had (I stayed in a 70m studio). The photos on the internet are true to the actual hotel. Facilities superb, attention to detail is everywhere, and customer service is of top level, with an incredibly attentive and kind staff. It feels like every possible need has already been thought through on your behalf and you get even before you ask. I had drinks at the bar and food at the mediterranean restaurant, which was excellent. The surrounding area is very interesting and pleasant as well. I will reccommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Beijing.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way. the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the Sanlitun area, surrounded by trendy cafes, restaurants, and shops. The modern and minimalistic design of the rooms was absolutely stunning, with luxurious amenities and attention to detail that made me fall in love with the decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. I particularly enjoyed the in-room iPad that made everything so convenient, from ordering room service to giving recommendations for places to visit in this vibrant city. And let's not forget about the breakfast - a delightful spread with a great selection of dishes to start the day off right.
No complaints, everything was top-notch.

The size of the rooms! The linnen of the bed. And last but not least; The bathroom, clean and amazing facilities! Just loved our stay! Will surely come back.
No specific remarks. Only the fact that the check in is a bit hectic and strange ( too many people guests and OH people around a small coubter- not really lit of privacy - same if you check out yo pay. ) And as we were not aware of a 15 % service charge , this was a surprise - we must say we were very pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay a lot.

I have to say, the value for the money at this hotel was incredible. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, surrounded by good restaurants and shops. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps adding more variety and options to cater to different preferences.
